Dick began his financial services career in 1977, becoming a registered representative with Mutual Benefit Life. He entered their home office in 1981 eventually becoming Vice President of Individual Insurance. In 1988, he was appointed managing partner of the company's Morristown Agency, which was the fourth largest agency in the system. By 1990, total new individual life commission tripled to $3.1 million, making his agency the second largest in the company. In 1991 he joined MassMutual and first qualified as a personal producer for their Leaders Conference, Blue Chip Council and Top of the Council.
Under the leadership of Dick and his partners, Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC has quintupled the results of their organization since 1991, with business ranking among MassMutual's top five agencies nationwide each year since 1994 and among the top agencies in overall best performance as measured by their Chairman's Trophy rankings.
The agency has also won many Master Agency Awards from GAMA International.
Dick was personally recognized by GAMA International as a two-time winner of the First In Class for Leadership Award.
Dick has been a guest lecturer for the Fairleigh Dickinson University Tax Institute, the New York Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He's published several articles in The Journal of Financial Service Professionals . In addition, he was an inaugural member of the Sales & Marketing Executives of New Jersey - Sales Hall of Fame.
The agency has over $3.3 billion in client assets under management and has placed over $15 billion of life insurance protection in their community.
Dick married his wife, Lin Criesi, in 1983 and credits her for giving him the vision and unfailing support needed to succeed in financial services.
