Richard T. Nolan, CLU, ChFC, CLTC

Dick began his financial services career in 1977, becoming a registered representative with Mutual Benefit Life. He entered their home office in 1981 eventually becoming Vice President of Individual Insurance. In 1988, he was appointed managing partner of the company's Morristown Agency, which was the fourth largest agency in the system. By 1990, total new individual life commission tripled to $3.1 million, making his agency the second largest in the company. In 1991 he joined MassMutual and first qualified as a personal producer for their Leaders Conference, Blue Chip Council and Top of the Council.

Under the leadership of Dick and his partners, Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC has quintupled the results of their organization since 1991, with business ranking among MassMutual's top five agencies nationwide each year since 1994 and among the top agencies in overall best performance as measured by their Chairman's Trophy rankings.

The agency has also won many Master Agency Awards from GAMA International.

Dick was personally recognized by GAMA International as a two-time winner of the First In Class for Leadership Award.

Dick has been a guest lecturer for the Fairleigh Dickinson University Tax Institute, the New York Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Financial Planners.  He's published several articles in The Journal of Financial Service Professionals .  In addition, he was an inaugural member of the Sales & Marketing Executives of New Jersey - Sales Hall of Fame.

The agency has over $3.3 billion in client assets under management and has placed over $15 billion of life insurance protection in their community.

Dick married his wife, Lin Criesi, in 1983 and credits her for giving him the vision and unfailing support needed to succeed in financial services.

 

George R. Koroghlian, JD¹, CPA¹, CLTC

President and Chief Operating Officer, Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian

George graduated with honors from Fordham University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned his Juris Doctor at Seton Hall University School of Law.

 Formerly a practicing Attorney and CPA , he was consistently ranked among the top 5% of MassMutual advisors across the country before being promoted to General Agent in 2010.  He has over 20 years of experience in advising business owners, professionals, and high net worth individuals with their insurance, financial and estate planning needs.

George and his partner, Dick Nolan, are credited for taking Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, LLC to soaring heights in the New Jersey and New York markets over the past 5 years.  The agency has been consistently ranked in the top three nationwide at MassMutual and has been recognized as a "Best Place to Work" in both New Jersey and New York. For his leadership, George has been recognized by GAMA International and was a recipient of the International Management Award, Master Agency Award and the National Management Awards numerous times.  In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing 120 advisors, serving over 40,000 clients with over $15 Billion of life insurance in force and over $3 Billion of assets. 

 George is a member of The General Agents and Managers Association and The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition, he is a proud supporter of many philanthropic and charitable organizations.  George and his wife, Mary, live in Montvale, NJ and have two children, Taylor and Garrett.

Dominick Iorio, MBA, LUTCF

General Agent

Dominick earned his BS in Business Administration and MBA in Marketing at Wagner College, where he was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008. For over 28 years he was affiliated with MetLife where he was consistently recognized for his outstanding leadership.  Formerly a leading Sales Representative and Branch Manager, as a Regional Director of Sales he was awarded the Regional Award of Excellence, and throughout his career was responsible for promoting many of his associates to various leadership positions, including two Hall of Fame inductees. 

 

For his leadership, Dominick has been recognized by GAMA International and was a recipient of the International Management Award, Master Agency Award, and the National Management Platinum, Silver, and Bronze Awards.  He served as a Managing Director at MetLife from 1994-2013.  In this position, Dominick led a team of over 150 advisors in the Metro-New York area, generating over 26 million dollars of total revenue, and managing nearly one billion dollars of assets.

 

Dominick joined Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian LLC, a general agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, in 2013, with a focus on expanding the firm to better serve families and businesses in the Central New Jersey and the multi-cultural marketplace.  Over the past 16 months he has opened three new offices in Edison, Lakewood, and Chinatown, in addition to his General Agent responsibilities. He and his partners most recently qualified for GAMA International's 2014 Master Agency Award.  The firm currently has over 120 financial services professionals, serving nearly 40,000 households in the Metro-New York area.

 

Dominick is a member of The General Agents and Managers Association and The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition, he is a proud supporter of many philanthropic and charitable organizations including The Human Society, The Seeing Eye, Penn State THON, Bikes for Kids, The Salvation Army, The New York Blood Center and The American Cancer Society.

 

Dominick and his wife, Lori, have a daughter Nicolette, a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and a son, DJ who is a Purdue University graduate and a second year Suffolk University Law student in Boston.  The family resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ.
